The Sankara Volunteer Service Award is Sankara Healthcare Foundation's own recognition for volunteers who give exceptional time and commitment to our work and their communities.
Award Period: August 1 – July 31 annually
Recognition: Certificate and medal, with a letter from the Foundation
Announced: September each year
Eligibility Requirements
Project HEAL Participation
Minimum 12 hours OR 20% of required hours must be completed through Project HEAL.
External Organization Service
Prior approval required. Submit External Seva Request 14 days in advance. Monthly verification required.
